My Story
Hello and welcome, I’m Claudia, a nutrition coach, recipe developer, and longtime believer that food should be both delicious and kind to your body.
I started my journey in recipe development and catering, always chasing colourful, flavour‑packed meals made with fresh, vibrant ingredients. Then life got busier (hello, family!) and my curiosity shifted toward the why behind food; why it energises us, comforts us, supports our hormones, lifts our moods, and sometimes… mysteriously disappears when left unattended on the kitchen counter!
That curiosity turned into training, and now I’m a qualified nutrition advisor with a passion for helping people transform their relationship with food in a compassionate, sustainable way. My philosophy is simple: food is not about shrinking yourself, chasing an ideal, or punishing your body.
Instead, it’s about nourishment, hormone health, energy, family wellbeing, and feeling genuinely good in your skin. And yes, weight loss might be a symptom of that if that is a health goal you are working towards. Food is emotional, cultural, practical, nostalgic, and deeply personal, which is why this website exists.
